WHAT WE HANDLE WHEN A STORM IS COMING

• Hurricane shutters installed. Accordion, panel, roll-down, and Bahama-style shutters on all windows and doors — and removed again once the storm has passed.
• Outdoor furniture secured or stored. Furniture, grills, potted plants, and loose items that become projectiles in high winds.
• Gutters cleared before the rain arrives. Blocked gutters send water into the fascia and foundation exactly when the rain is heaviest. We clean gutters before hurricane season and after it.
• Yards and common areas cleared. Loose debris removed before it has a chance to move.
• Entry points checked. Garage door reinforcement confirmed and entry points sealed. Pool equipment protected and water levels adjusted.
• Post-storm damage assessment. Once it is safe, we inspect for damage — roof, windows, siding, landscaping, fencing — and document everything with photos for your insurance records.
• Post-storm debris clearing. Yards, driveways and walkways cleared, interior spaces checked for water intrusion.
