Agreement to Terms

By using the Palm Beach Property Services website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Palm Beach Property Services provides property maintenance services across South Florida, including pressure washing, soft washing, home watch (aligned with NHWA best practices, pursuing formal accreditation), hurricane prep, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, screen enclosure cleaning, exterior painting, commercial cleaning, epoxy flooring, and parking lot striping.

Quotes and Pricing

• A written quote is provided before any work begins
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Recurring clients receive discounted rates on qualifying services
• Travel fees may apply to service locations outside our primary coverage area and are disclosed upfront
• Parts, materials, and specialty equipment are billed separately at cost where applicable

Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate information about the property and the scope of work
• Ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the service area at the scheduled time
• Removing or securing personal valuables, pets, and landscaping items prior to service
• Providing access to water and power where the service requires it
• Timely payment upon completion of services

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge
• Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions at our discretion for safety reasons

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises with a service we performed, contact us promptly so we can address it. Warranty terms vary by service type and are communicated at the time of service.

Palm Beach Property Services carries $1 million in general liability coverage. Our liability for any single service is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, latent defects, or damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.

Insurance and Credentials

Palm Beach Property Services is $1M insured, BBB accredited, OSBD registered, and a registered city vendor. Our home watch service follows NHWA best practices and is pursuing formal accreditation. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Palm Beach Property Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Website Use
