Furniture, appliances, yard waste, garage clutter, and full property cleanouts. We do the lifting, load the truck, and leave the space swept and usable.
Junk has a way of becoming permanent. A broken dryer moves to the garage, patio furniture rusts out behind the shed, a renovation leaves a pile of old cabinets, and a year later the space is gone. Palm Beach Property Services hauls it out - single items, a garage full, or an entire property. We handle the loading, the carrying, and the disposal for homes, rentals, condos, and commercial properties across South Florida, and we leave the area swept and usable rather than just emptied.
Furniture, mattresses, and box springs. Appliances - refrigerators, washers, dryers, water heaters, ranges. Patio and pool furniture, grills, and rusted-out outdoor equipment. Yard waste, palm fronds, and storm debris. Garage and shed clutter, exercise equipment, old electronics, carpet and flooring, and renovation debris like cabinets, doors, and fixtures. If it needs two people and a truck, it's the kind of thing we take.
Full cleanouts are the bulk of what we do. Rental turnovers where a tenant left everything behind, estate and downsizing cleanouts, garages and storage units that have to be emptied by a deadline, and pre-sale clearouts before photos and showings. You don't need to sort or stage anything at the curb first - point at what goes, and we work room by room until the property is clear.
We work with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial building owners across Palm Beach County, Martin County, Broward, and Miami-Dade. Unit turnovers, office furniture and cubicle teardowns, retail fixtures, bulk-pickup piles left at community dumpsters, and post-storm debris runs. Recurring hauling can be set on a schedule, and recurring clients receive discounted rates.
No. We do the lifting and carrying. Items can come out of a garage, a second floor, a shed, or the back of the property - you point at what goes and we handle getting it to the truck.
We don't haul hazardous material - paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. Those need a proper disposal facility, and we'll tell you what you're looking at so it doesn't hold up the rest of the job.
By volume - how much space the load actually takes up in the truck - rather than by the item. Send photos of the pile or the room and we'll come back with a price before anything gets loaded.
