One important note: Palm Beach Property Services does not use high-pressure washers on artificial turf. It's a common DIY mistake that destroys the backing, dislodges the infill, and frays the blade tips beyond repair.
Pet urine doesn't just sit on the surface of artificial turf — it crystallizes inside the infill and creates an ammonia smell that gets worse in heat and humidity. Air freshener and rinsing don't fix it. We use a stabilized hydrogen-peroxide-based treatment that breaks down the crystallized salts at the root rather than masking the smell with fragrance. It's safe for kids, pets, surrounding plantings, and the turf material itself.

Recurring clients receive discounted rates and priority scheduling, and we coordinate turf visits with the rest of your property maintenance so it all happens on one trip.
Most South Florida turf benefits from professional cleaning every 3 to 6 months. Properties with multiple pets, heavy foot traffic, or significant tree cover may need it quarterly. Lower-traffic luxury estates can often go semi-annual.
